Chase Tracker

The range increment, on the table.

Chases fall apart when nobody can say who is where. This lays the Chase Cards out as a track, deals a card to each participant every round, and moves them along it as maneuvers succeed — with the range between them in the units the chase actually uses.

Foundry Virtual Tabletop v13 · Savage Worlds Adventure Edition

Runs entirely inside your own Foundry server. It makes no outbound connections and sends nothing to us.

Everyone's position, at a glance.

Participants sit on a track of Chase Cards — nine by default, as Savage Worlds suggests — rear-most on Card 1. The leader is marked, the range to the closest foe is shown in your chosen Range Increment, and anyone four or more cards clear is flagged as able to Flee.

Clubs mean trouble, automatically.

Each round deals an Action Card per participant. A Club raises a Complication on that participant with its modifier and its on-failure consequence spelled out — bumped a card, bumped two, or treated as a critical failure.

Add the racers you already have.

The Add Participants dialog lists the active encounter's combatants, so a chase that starts mid-combat picks up from the combat tracker. Anyone else goes in by name with their maneuvering skill or vehicle type.
